By using RealEnvist.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
RealEnvist.com provides a platform to facilitate the buying, selling, and management of real estate properties and property shares in the Philippines, Jordan, the USA, Dubai, and potentially Turkey (the "Services"). We act as an intermediary and do not own or manage the properties listed on the Platform.
Registration: You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Platform for fraudulent or illegal activities, or to violate any applicable laws.
Accuracy of Listings: We strive to ensure the accuracy of property listings, but we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the information provided by property owners or sellers.
Transactions: All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. RealEnvist.com is not responsible for the completion or outcome of any transaction.
Due Diligence: Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before purchasing a property or property share.
Platform Fees: We may charge fees for certain Services, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of transaction.
Payment Processing: All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your financial information.
Refunds: Refund policies, if any, will be specified for each transaction or service.
Ownership: All content on the Platform, including text, images, and software, is owned by RealEnvist.com or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal or business purposes, as intended.
Prohibited Use: You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the properties or property shares listed on the Platform. We also do not guarantee any profits or returns on investment made through the Platform.
No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
RealEnvist.com’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or other unforeseen events.
You agree to indemnify and hold RealEnvist.com harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or any applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jordan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Jordan.
Location: Arbitration shall take place in Jordan.
Costs: Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
